Think You Can Skip Paying a Real Teacher With an Online Video Guitar Lesson?

There is a school of thought that an online video guitar lesson is no match for an in-person teacher - I know this not to be true. This is because I never learnt from an in-person teacher and went on to form a band and play my own music professionally…..without any proper tuition!

Now this was almost 20 years ago so I didn’t have the luxury of an online guitar lesson video or an ecourse like our own Free 10 Part Beginner's Guitar Acceleration Course, I was just shown a few things by different people and did the rest by playing along to tapes and the radio.

Now to advance my guitar skills I have invested in a online video guitar series which I just wish was available back when I was starting out in the mid to late 80s. Seriously though – new guitarists these days do not appreciate how lucky they are to have absolute best of the best expert tuition packaged for them in software bundles of books, tabs, videos, jam tracks, metronomes and pretty much everything they need – cover complete beginner to advanced – all for as low as $40!

That’s like 1 lesson from a good instructor which won’t even cover half of what you will learn in lesson one.

Add to that the fact that an online video guitar lesson lets you repeat each lesson over and over as many times as you need – and you have videos you can slow down? Y’all have it way too easy, I can only hope that we see the standards of guitar playing and music in general raise substantially for it.
